FOR US WEB & MARKETING AGENCIES

Pitch US companies the week they raise money, with the website audit and email already done.

Every Monday you get the US companies that filed a new SEC Form D last week. Each one comes with its website, a site audit and a ready-to-send cold email draft. New money means new budget. You show up first, with a specific reason to talk.

Stop pitching companies that have no reason to buy

Most agency outreach goes to random lists: no timing, no budget signal and a generic pitch. PurchaseSignals fixes the three parts that waste your week.

Bad timing

You email companies that are not growing and have no new budget, so the pitch lands at the wrong moment.

✓ Only companies that filed a new Form D in the last 7 days
Hours of research

Finding the company's site, checking it and working out what is wrong eats the time you should spend selling.

✓ Website found and audited for you, with a 1 to 5 score
Generic pitches

"We build great websites" gets ignored. Prospects reply when you mention something specific about their business.

✓ A ready email draft built on what the audit found

One company. One raise. A reason to email today.

Subject: Quick idea for the [Company] site

Hi [Company] team,

Congrats on the new round. Right after a raise, your website is where new customers, hires and partners check you out first.

I ran a quick public check on your homepage: the homepage pulls in at least 11.4 MB of files, which can make it slow on phones and the homepage has about 183 words, so buyers and Google have little to go on.

Idea: engineering-buyer site: compress media, add specs, applications and an RFQ path for OEM buyers.

Common questions

What is an SEC Form D?

It is a short notice US companies file with the SEC when they raise money privately, for example from investors. It is public, and it shows the company, its location, industry and how much it says it is raising. A new Form D is a strong sign of fresh budget.

Why would a company that just raised money need an agency?

Right after a raise, the website is where new customers, hires and partners check a company out first, and there is new budget to fix it. Our audit shows you what to fix, so your first email is specific.

How is the list delivered?

By email, every Monday. There is no members area or app to log into. Paid members get the full list in the email.

Do you include personal contact details?

No. We list company-level information only: company name, location, industry, amounts reported in the filing, filing dates and website findings. You find the right person yourself and send from your own inbox.

What does the site audit check?

A public, automated check of the homepage: whether a live site exists, page weight and server speed, mobile setup, amount of copy, calls to action, analytics, share images and more. Automated checks can miss things, so verify a finding before you quote it.

What if the company has no website?

We say so instead of guessing. A company with fresh funding and no real site is often the best lead on the list.

How many companies are on each list?

It depends on the week's filings. In the week of Oct 26 to 30, 2026, 157 US operating companies filed and 24 were picked for agencies.

What is the free plan?

Every Monday we email 3 companies from the week's list, each with its audit and email draft, for free. The full list is for paid members.

What does "founding rate locked forever" mean?

The first 10 agencies pay $49/month for as long as they stay subscribed. After that, new members pay $129/month. You can cancel anytime.
